the Cutting Edge of STAAR.

STAAR 101
|

“Exploring STAAR”
- receive an overview of what STAAR is, the standards that are assessed, changes
in the system, and how it connects to what most of us believe about learning.

STAAR 102
|
|
“Organizing for Learning”
- delve deeply into the standards and learn ways to leverage instruction for success.
By the time you complete module 2, you will have developed tools and processes that
can be implemented immediately.

STAAR 103
|
|
“STAAR Professional Development,”
is designed to be used with departments or teams. Module 3 will assist you in a
curriculum review, help you to identify instructional strategies that will allow
your students the greatest opportunity to be successful in STAAR, develop formative
assessments and ways to monitor the progress of your students.
